These Regulations provide that it is necessary to affix a tamper-proof licence disc to the front and rear windows of a small public service vehicle before a licence is granted or renewed.
This tamper-proof licence disc must be displayed in small public service vehicles in the manner specified by the Commission for Taxi Regulation and it is a contravention of these Regulations to remove or attempt to remove this tamper-proof licence disc. The Commission has the discretion to waive the requirement to display a tamper-proof licence disc on the rear window in relation to vehicles that are over 30 years old.
